Terms of Service

Clover — "You Lucky Dog"
CloverGood.com
Effective Date: July 31, 2026 • Last Updated: July 31, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("you," "client") and Clover National LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company doing business as Clover ("Clover," "we," "us"). They govern your use of our website and your subscription to our pet waste removal and related services in the Tulsa, Oklahoma metro area.

By signing up for service, providing a payment method, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't sign up — though we think you'll want to.

1. The Service

Clover provides recurring residential pet waste removal and related pet care features under three service plans — Standard, Vanguard, and Command — each billed as a flat monthly subscription. Plan contents, pricing, and features are described at signup and on our website. Weekly service is our standard cadence; visit frequency options are listed on your plan.

Plan features vary by tier and may include: gate photo verification at every visit, a written service guarantee, a visit-by-visit service record, the Clean Ground Protocol (sanitizing and deodorizing treatment), an annual K9 Health Screen, quarterly yard readiness inspections, and additional concierge features on the Command plan.

2. Billing, Payment, and the Free First Cleanup

  • Monthly subscription, autopay required. Service is billed as a flat monthly rate via automatic payment to the card on file. Monthly pricing averages 4.33 visits per month across the year; your monthly rate does not change based on the number of visits in a given calendar month.

  • Card on file. A valid payment method is required at signup, including for your free first cleanup.

  • Free first cleanup. Your initial cleanup — the big one — is free with signup for recurring service. If you cancel before your first paid billing cycle, no charge is made for the initial cleanup, and no further visits occur.

  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry. Service may be paused until payment is resolved. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be canceled.

  • Extra dogs and plan changes. Additional dogs and plan upgrades or downgrades are billed at the rates in effect at the time of the change, beginning with your next billing cycle.

3. The Clover Service Guarantee

If we miss a scheduled visit for any reason within our control, your next visit is free — automatically. You don't have to ask, call, or file anything. Visits missed due to circumstances outside our control (see Section 6 — Access and Section 7 — Weather and Safety) do not trigger the guarantee, but we will always tell you when and why a visit was skipped.

4. Founding 400 Rate Lock

Clients who enroll as one of Clover's first 400 Tulsa clients ("Founding 400") receive a rate lock: your monthly rate for your enrolled plan and dog count will not increase for 24 months from your signup date. The lock applies to your then-current plan; plan upgrades, downgrades, or added dogs are billed at then-current rates. The Founding 400 designation and rate lock are non-transferable and end if you cancel service. After the 24-month lock, standard pricing terms apply (Section 5).

5. Price Changes

Outside of an active rate lock, Clover may adjust subscription pricing with at least 90 days' written notice before the new rate takes effect. If you don't wish to continue at the new rate, you may cancel any time before it takes effect with no penalty.

6. Property Access and Your Responsibilities

To serve you well, we need to get in the gate. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate gate codes, lock information, or access instructions, and keep them current;

  • Ensure the service area is reasonably accessible on your service day;

  • Secure your dog(s) indoors or otherwise away from the service area during visits, unless we've agreed in writing that your dog is safe to be present;

  • Notify us of any aggressive-animal risk, hazardous conditions, or changes at the property.

If we arrive and cannot safely access the yard (locked gate with no working code, blocked access, an unsecured dog we haven't cleared, or a hazardous condition), the visit will be marked skipped, you'll be notified with the reason, and the visit is not refunded or credited. We'll complete service at your next scheduled visit.

7. Weather, Holidays, and Safety Skips

Service may be delayed or rescheduled for severe weather, unsafe conditions, or observed holidays. When that happens, we'll notify you and either make up the visit or perform a double-pass at the next visit. Our technicians' safety and your dog's safety come before the schedule — always.

8. Clean Ground Protocol (Sanitizing & Deodorizing)

Plans that include our Clean Ground Protocol receive a sanitizing and deodorizing treatment of the serviced yard areas at each visit, using a professional, kennel-grade sanitizing product applied strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's label directions.

  • Applied as directed, safe when used as directed. The products we use are formulated for animal environments (kennels, shelters, and veterinary settings) and are applied by trained technicians per label instructions. Treated areas are typically safe for pets upon drying, per manufacturer guidance.

  • Tell us about sensitivities. If your dog has known allergies, skin sensitivities, or respiratory conditions, or if anyone in your household has chemical sensitivities, notify us and we will adjust or omit the treatment for your yard at no change to your plan features otherwise.

  • What it is — and isn't. The Clean Ground Protocol helps reduce odors and supports a cleaner yard surface. It is not a pest control treatment, does not guarantee the elimination of any specific pathogen, parasite, or organism, and is not a substitute for veterinary care or medical-grade disinfection. No sanitizing treatment can render an outdoor environment sterile.

  • Weather and conditions. Treatment may be skipped in rain, standing water, or other conditions where application would be ineffective or unsafe; skipped treatments resume at the next visit and do not trigger the Service Guarantee.

9. K9 Health Screen — Important Disclaimers

If your plan includes a K9 Health Screen:

  • Clover collects and transports a stool sample from your yard during a regular visit. Testing is performed by an independent, licensed veterinary reference laboratory, and results are delivered to you.

  • Clover is not a veterinary practice. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide veterinary advice. Screen results are informational and should always be shared with your veterinarian, who is the right professional to interpret findings and recommend care.

  • A screen is completed when a viable fresh sample is available; if none is present at the scheduled visit, collection completes at the next regular visit.

  • Screens included in a plan have no cash value and are not refundable or exchangeable if unused.

10. K9 Recovery Protocol — Important Disclaimers

Where included in your plan, the K9 Recovery Protocol is a best-effort community alert feature: if your dog goes missing, we circulate your dog's photo to our route teams in the area and alert nearby clients through our channels. It is not a guarantee of recovery, not a substitute for contacting animal control, microchip registries, or local authorities, and Clover has no liability for the outcome of a lost-pet event.

11. Portraits, Rank Promotions, and Program Features

Commissioned portraits, rank promotions, engraved tags, and similar plan features are provided as included benefits of active subscriptions. They have no cash value, are not redeemable if unused, and designs and delivery timelines may vary. Anniversary rank promotions require an active subscription on the anniversary date.

12. Referral Program and Neighborhood Perks

From time to time we offer referral rewards (for example, a free month for both you and a referred neighbor) and street-level perks (for example, a bonus treatment day when enough homes on a street subscribe). Program terms, eligibility, and reward amounts are as described at the time of the offer, may change, and may be discontinued. Referral rewards require both accounts to be active and in good standing when the reward is applied. Perks add value; they never modify your subscription price.

13. Cancellation

You may cancel any time by contacting us — no cancellation fees, no long-term contract. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no prorated refunds are issued for partial months, but service continues through the period you've paid for. Clover may suspend or cancel service for non-payment, unsafe conditions, abusive conduct toward our team, or violation of these Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law:

  • Clover's total liability arising out of or related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

  • Clover is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or damages arising from pet illness, pet escape, or property conditions not caused by our negligence.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to notify us of any service-related concern within 30 days of the visit in question so we can make it right — that's what the guarantee is for.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clover, its owners, employees, and contractors from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, inaccurate access or safety information you provide, or injuries caused by your animal(s) to our personnel, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

16. Website Use and Intellectual Property

The Clover name, logo, slogans (including "You Lucky Dog"), portraits, rank system, service marks, website content, and materials are the property of Clover National LLC or its licensors and are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without written permission. You may use our website only for lawful purposes and may not interfere with its operation or security.

17. Communications

By signing up, you consent to receive service-related communications by text and email, including visit notifications and gate photos, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP; doing so may limit features that depend on text delivery.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally — most things can be fixed with a phone call.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email or text at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

20. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with your plan selection at signup and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Clover regarding the services. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
